As leaders, especially as leaders in the financial advice business, we need to set the tone for how our teams, clients, family and friends handle the current turbulence.
I’d like to suggest 3 steps…
1. Stay Safe. You can’t help others if you don’t take care of yourself.
2. Choose happiness. Happy people are not held hostage by their circumstances
3. Help others. The best remedy for fighting through uncertainty.
