ULTIMATE CLIENT EQUATION: In order to reach the next step in your success journey, we need to clearly define what an ideal client looks like for you and your business. With your ideal client clearly defined, we’ll calculate the number of new ideal clients you’ll need to reach the next precipice of your success and beyond.
SUCCESS HABITS: I want to help you reach and exceed your goals, but I also want you to experience renewed vision, purpose, and transformation in your business. Together, we’ll cover the routines and rituals you need to put into practice to help you reach your goals and be the best version of yourself every day.
Stage 2: Elevation
Once you’ve built a solid foundation for your practice. You’re making progress every day. These next three steps will help elevate your entire business and get you even closer to reaching 250MM, 500MM and higher in AUM.
SIGNATURE SOLUTION: This is where we’ll work to identify what it is that makes your service and your practice unique in a crowded marketplace, SPOILER ALERT, it’s your Unique Client Proposition (UCP). We’ll dive deeper into developing your story so that it’s repeatable, memorable and ultimately referable.
ADVOCACY: Who are your fans, cheerleaders, and influencers that can help you build your practice by filling your pipeline of future ideal clients? When you tap into how to get them to help advocate for you, your business will gain even more momentum!
SOLUTION SELLING: During this phase of our journey we’ll discuss how you can position yourself as the solution to your clients’ deepest needs. As their advisor, you can help them overcome their greatest challenges and reach their ultimate goals. This phase will include ways to get your message out there. It may include training on how to improve your closing techniques as well as how to capitalize on the latest techniques in offline and online marketing. We’ll customize a plan that works for you, and the level of elevation you are seeking to achieve.
Stage 3: Mastery
In the Mastery phase, we’re nearing the summit! You’ve invested so much time and effort, and now it’s time to ensure you’ve built systems that will help your business continue to grow and thrive.
AUTOMATION: The foundation has been laid, and you’re reaping the rewards of your hard work. Now you want to start thinking about how you’ll scale your business, and make your systems and workflows run smoother, faster, and better for years to come.
DREAM TEAM: Do you have the right people with you on your bus? Maybe you do and they need coaching or developing, maybe you need to add new teammates or maybe you need to find other strategic partners who share your vision and will help you reach greater heights.
LEGACY: Lastly, Mastery requires that you have a legacy mindset. Building your business to run without you. Even if you may be many years away from retirement or selling your business. This step may include a succession plan, bringing in junior partners or simply adjusting the roles of your current teammates. We’ll discuss what that looks like for your business, and what steps you need to put in place to make it happen.
