One of the biggest challenges in launching an advisory practice, whether you focus on financial planing, investments or both, is that most of the coaching and training sucks.

Old guys telling war stories.

Or self-proclaimed experts offering cookie-cutter advice.

And, in truth, I’m part of the problem.  An investment in my private coaching program is expensive ($10,000 minimum).

My coaching practice is focused on more experienced advisors.  I work one-on-one with about 25 financial advisors and RIAs, who already have track records of success.  They’re looking to breakthrough $100 million, $250 million and more in AUM.

But, last year, I had some incredible discovery calls with newer advisors.  And even though they didn’t qualify for private coaching, I took the time to give them some personal advice.  I gave them permission to email me to let me know how things were going.

Plus, I had a lot of fun.  I had forgotten how much I enjoy helping newer advisors get their businesses on track.

So I made myself a promise to launch a newer advisor coaching program in 2018.

And that’s why I’m putting together a group of  up to 25 newer advisors for a 12-week mentoring program.

This will NOT be the first time that I’ll work with newer advisors.

During an earlier stage of my career, I ran training, coaching and mentoring programs for hundreds of newer advisors.  From one-to-one mentoring to large scale training programs, my experience with newer advisors is substantial.

My passion is working with financial advisors and their teams to help them achieve higher levels of success.

I had 25 years of “real world” experience in successful production (among the top 20 in my firm).  My team and I were respected by both our clients and our peers.
