    1. Review the short case studies on pages 5 and 6 of the CAOW worksheet.
    2. Answer the following question from the video (steps 4 and 5 in the CAOW worksheet):  Which client acquisition strategies will you implement to close the gap between where you are now and where you need to be when it comes to “active” prospects in your pipeline?
